Security & Privacy Review
Overall, this app works well. I am able to communicate with hosts and make reservations. On the Android phone, I have been having some crashing issues. Also, if I'm typing a message and I somehow make a mistake and get out of the app, when I come back, the message I've written is now completely wiped out. I have to compose a message again. It can be very annoying.
Was excited to get this app but almost everything is an add-on price when they don't advertise anything as an add-on when you sign up. Super bate and switch. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. After talking to some other RV-ers, some of these things were included in their previous basic membership, so they are switching sites to "add-ons" as time goes by.. I may be requesting a refund.
App needs some improvement. currently staying at a host and it does not show in the list of nearby hosts. If I type in the name the search brings me to the location but no marker appears. I also had some favorites saved on the website but they did not show up here. That may be an issue on the site though because my favorites had disappeared before. would also like to see routing added like the website so I can see who is along my route.
Numerous bugs with the phone app (latest version as of today) and their website. It is very annoying running into these bugs every time I try and do anything. Every one of their direct links takes me somewhere other than where it's supposed to. They should have had these all fixed long ago. Tried contacting tech support about this, and got a bogus, upgrade to the latest app and if that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the app, response.
I like it so far! I have just started using it and so will have to come back later to update. So far it is easy to search areas you are interested in. We are picking a nice tavern/restaurant and 1 distillary. We understand we want to purchase items from our hosts, and these apeal to us the most so far, but looking forward to many new opportunities. Thanks for this app!
