I really like my regular vacation, which is why I gave this rating. The app is useless to me. It doesn't allow payment for the in-person buffet. I may as well dine-in and get much better variety with the prices in the app. If the app allowed pre-payment for the buffet with purchase proof I could take to a location, I would give a higher rating. App pre-payment with check-in within a certain time may be more efficient and convenient for cashier lines and available seating.

I have been using the app for a long time. all of the sudden it asks me to "verify" my phone number. I entered it and it has only ONE button to click that says "save changes." Then it says the number is already taken. OF COURSE IT IS! It's MY number on MY account that I'm trying to log into. And since I can't get past it there's no way for me to check my account info on the app.

This app has Never worked, I've had several phones over the years and golden corral's app hasn't worked on any of them. glitches, never loading, unable to locate, you name it. I've given up on the app, and it makes me think I'll give up on the restaurant too. For what it costs to go there and then you can't scan your receipts for a discount? No thanks.

Golden Carral is our go to for celebratory family dinners big and small. The reward program is wonderful however the app is extremely annoying as it will send you a notification of a promotion or special when you click on the it takes you to the "inbox" that is outdated and doesn't include what the notification was about. Example is it said "Dine today save later, $5 off". I click to see the details of the getting $5 off. Nothing in the app mentions it at all. It happens everytime. Fix pls!

The only reason this app has such a high rating is because a lot of people are rating it as the restaurant itself and not the app itself. That being said, the app is complete garbage. For months I havent been able to log in despite being able to on the computer, because when I try I get an error message and a bunch of garbled up text that looks like code (I wish I could attach images). And this has made me not want to order at your restaurant.
