I hate using this app. I have to move my money out of it... cause it will disappear randomly, then show back up after a day or two. I thought i had transactions pending and that's what was causing it... but my money showed back up and stayed in my account. Tried to call customer service and it's absolutely terrible... they told me they had it noted the first time I called about it... and to call the moment it happened again... but it was evident the next rep had no idea what was going on
Nothing loads! It's horrible, allows you to log in and it goes blank, even says you must have an active account. I press on profile after letting it load and it pulls up all my information correctly. Shows no balance on my card and never loads. People are going to STRUGGLE to pay bills on time if they don't fix this issue, called customer support and emailed. Constant loop of automated machines that eventually hang up on you. You are on hold forever. 0/5 stars until fix.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR CARD. IT WILL TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO GET A REPLACEMENT. The debit card they send is garbage. it doesn't have a chip. I've got to run it over and over again to get it to swipe. 6 or 7 times sometimes. the plastic card is splitting after 9 months in my wallet. and when it fails? if you lose the card? you've no way to get cash. and to get a replacement card takes weeks.
No new update as of writing on 8/19/25 and can't log in. It's bad enough to need to go through the website to authorize timesheets because you can only do daily in app, but not pay period authorization, but now I can't even verify that my punches were correctly logged? I know it's not a my store thing but a program issue that sometimes it just doesn't load right. Usually, you get what one manager called the "orange ball of death" in the left corner. But not always, requiring a confirmation.
I love that the app is easy to use, and my pay is available quickly , just minutes after I clock out. I am wondering , though, what the "transaction fees" are for that I'm seeing in the activity feed. I've tried looking at the FAQs and tried calling customer service . The wait just to speak to a human was 10 minutes. I think the transaction fees should have a clear description of what exactly they are for. I was told there were no fees to transfer my money. I'll Rate again after answer
