app is dysfunctional. It's so frustrating that I'm here to uninstall it. notifications are senseless, and the pop-up on the app at random makes ordering very complicated. constantly logs you out & doesn't recognize your password. my password is the same for all food apps and has never changed. then when you try to reset it, you get an annoying notification that the reset link has expired. The app doesn't even offer all the food options that the restaurant has, going in person from now on.
Always stuck loading while going to checkout screen. I have cleared the cache, updated the application, turned on WiFi, turned WiFi off. Once on this screen I drove from work to the restaurant and had the application out and loading. It was a 15 minute drive. It was still loading and wouldn't let me do anything but go back and then try re-loading at checkout. Edit: Forgot to mention that it has done this multiple times. If it gave an error that would help. instead it keeps loading forever.
the food was good as when I use to shop there weekly 10 years ago.. the app is the place where I have a problem.. once I pick my store the only one within 10 miles of me I shouldn't have to turn on my location just to place an order.. after the first order the receipt asked me to take a survey but wanted the store location.. there was no location on the email, receipt in the app and the stores phone number doesn't work.. since you're survey WONT work without that info why don't you include it
Since the new update I have not been able to access my account. I sign in but then it sends me a one time code to my email. I input it then it sends me to input my name and phone number. i hut submit but it says phone number used in another account. Very aggravating because I am just trying to sign in and not create a new account. I do not want to loose my hard earned accumulated points.
I just downloaded this app. Gave all the information and placed an order for pickup using my location. it sent my order to a location 2 hours away and nothing but an AI chat to try and take care of the issue. went back to the app to see if using the location in front of the physical local would work.... still sent my order to the other location. Do not recommend
