Very deceitful and crooked! all lower price tickets are either no longer available, operators having issues, or price jacked up right at that moment, some type of error etc. But the higher dollar tickets always available and you ready for cash out. I see a pattern that's a red flag and I'm not doing business with such. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time.
The booking system is completely impractical. It doesn't allow same-day train bookings, and it blocks bus reservations if they are too close to the departure time. Being forced to use the company's website for every little thing is just ridiculous.
DONT BUY TICKETS HERE I've been using the app for 2 years. I just found out I could have booked the same tickets through a website called "red arrow" and saved $30. this app overcharges for tickets!
I booked ticket from Toronto airport to London On, it's delayed forever. Totalll scam. Can not be trusted!
There is no undo button. Once you hit done, you're screwed without support. There is no window of time to fix your selections. Booking through the companies directly allows you to avoid the service fee charged. Considering the lack of support provided, it makes more sense to book directly with a service provider rather than use this app.
