I tried to place an order online to take advantage of their bundle deals, which are advertised at great prices. Unfortunately, the system wouldn’t let me check out. When I went in person, the manager said they weren’t allowed to fix the issue, and I was told that if the online system doesn't work, I’d have to pay the higher in-store price—no exceptions. Even after showing them the problem, they still wont honor online price. i guess its just easier to go somewhere else
Every time I try to order on the app for a online only special, the app says some items are not available at this location, change location to different store and same comment. When I phone the location they can do the order but not at discounted price. For the price of wings you would assume that the customer satisfaction would be paramount to bring in repeat business. But not with BW's . I'm done, I'll stick the the local dive bar for my wings and beer 🍺
Removed so many features. Like you can't pay in store or with cash. You can't pick more than one sauce. Ordering something with or without fries is confusing and convoluted. The rewards program is nonsense and the most confusing and least rewarding out of any. You can tell that higher ups have never used the app besides looking at the main screen Meaning they probably wouldn't even eat the food.
App does not work. As of writing, all menu items for my local store are listed as "temporarily unavailable" which means I can't enter an online order if I wanted to. Worst part is that my local store won't honor online deals for orders over phone. I have had issues with this app on and off for the past few years, but it is practically unusable now. Would be a decent app if it worked, but I've spent few occasions filling an order for the app for it to bug out during checkout.
Horrible App - when ordering from the app the points are never added. Using the receipt generates an error. Had to have customer service do manual adjustments countless times. which is a very slow process. Not even the right amount of points with the blazing status bonus. Also, the "blazing status" amount towards next year is never updated. mentioned this in email, customer service ignores it. THE WORST app loyalty experience ever. Beware.
