I had no issues before, and now, I'm getting a "Sorry, we can't Float you, yet" message. Literally, nothing about my account has changed. Nothing paid late. Just arbitrary rejection. Edit: 7 weeks later and still getting the same message. Contacting customer support was a complete waste of time. (Absolutely skip this app. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I reactivated my account with my new bank information and got the same message.)
I signed up and was charged the membership fee. I tried to make my first withdrawal of $20, which is the max you are allowed starting out. I kept getting denied, and customer support said it's because of data points and stuff that the system determines your eligibility. Still can not withdraw any amount, but they didn't have any issue withdrawaling my membership fee so I'm paying for a service I can't use.
You're required to pay the member fee to "retain eligibility" for an amount they show you qualify for. Before paying, there's no wording indicating you may NOT be approved, only that you must pay the fee to 'retain eligibility' for the amount shown (for me it was $30). I paid & was immediately denied. Granted, it didn't use the word "approved", but anyone reading it will naturally interpret it that way because it shows the $ they say you're eligible for once you pay the fee. Misrepresentation!
I haven't used this app in i don't know how long, nor can I log into any account I had with them, yet they continue to charge me the subscription fee which is $4.99. I have sent several emails, but have received no response, and want all of my money back that you have taken from me, for something you won't even let me use, but also not allow me into my own account to cancel said subscription. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this app.!!!
I downloaded this app and went to create an account. keep in mind this is my FIRST time using this app. I ran into error after error when trying to verify email and phone number. I emailed support and they responded back with " due to suspicious activity your account was permanently closed and no other accounts are permitted." I emailed them back asking how can their be suspicious activity and my account be closed if I wasn't even able to get pass sign up? They stop responding after that.
