I used to find using this app enjoyable. You can use the filter tools and view the items in whatever order you prefer (newest to oldest, low to high, etc). I like being able to save my favorite items into folders. I can still do all that, as long as I am fine with having to log in every single time I try to do any of those things. I can't even just sign-in with my password everytime. I have to be emailed or texted with a code. It is just too much trouble.
Updating this one year later. App continues to bog down. The longer I shop the slower it gets until it finally freezes up and stop working altogether. Clearing the cache, deleting and re-downloading doesn't help. Please fix! Crashes a LOT! I finally found exactly the rug I wanted and the app crashed on me. Haven't been able to find it since. Very frustrating experience. I have cleared the cache, checked for updates, restarted the phone, etc. It works for about 5 or 10 minutes and crashes again.
The app has become awful. saved lists duplicate items within it, and items spontaneously jump around while looking at the list. Additionally, yesterday I made a purchase, and did not receive a confirmation. Checked my bank account and the purchase was pending, however my wayfair cart still had all the items in it and the rewards money I used for the purchase was still in my rewards bank. The app did not show that I'd made the purchase. I contacted support and was instructed to wait 24 hrs.
This app is absolute junk!! I completely agree with the other reviewers who mentioned it crashes all the time. It's been that way FOREVER. I typically just get the Wayfair icon spinning in a circle to infinity. The filter option is a joke. Why am I seeing out of stock or poorly rated items when I specifically removed them? Photos don't load, links don't work, reviews don't show all photos even when you can see there are more. Drains my battery and makes the phone hot. Horrible.
The item was listed on Wayfair at one price, but every time I attempted to check out, the price would change just before payment. I tried contacting customer service immediately, but they were closed at the time. When I reached out again the following morning, I was told there was nothing they could do and that they did not have a dedicated team to handle complaints. Unfortunately, that was the end of the matter, leaving me very disappointed with the experience.
