Thrive member for 2 years. I love the convenience of the app. The prices are less than most stores which I have checked and compared. The app offers autoship and sends you a text to remind you of your next ship date in case you want to add or remove items. I only had a couple of problems with shipping. Once an item leaked but Thrive gave me a credit on it. And I believe they changed to a different couier at some point which was not good because there was a delay in delivery. Overall, I like it
No longer user-friendly. Clunky. Opened to edit upcoming subscription order & found can longer skip individual items. Either have to accept entire shipment, or unsubscribe from item completely-or skip the entire order. makes me want to unsubscribe from everything and restart as I need things, then get rid of them again apparently-- lessens likelihood of me ordering as much as I normally do. Additionally, after unsub, must back out of app before continuing- it never resets. Chat did not help.
I live in a rural community. Thrive allows me to shop on my schedule. I like that I can subscribe to products we use often (unsubscribe easily), easily change delivery dates, quickly order additional items, and most importantly once the app was loaded with allergy information I don't have to read every single label. The app doesn't even show me a product containing our allergens.
Thrive market is excellent. All the selections are excellent. The app is easy to navigate, the prices are really great on all of it, and you can get a custom selection to browse through for most, if not all, diets. I have recommended Thrive Market to many people, and here in the review I highly recommend it to all. You will not be disappointed.
Updating my review - I have been a customer since 2020. My previous review was in regards to their app, it's slow processing time when removing items from your cart etc. They have improved it! It is faster but it's still not perfect. It's still slow at removing items if I remove too many too quickly. Then I still have to leave the app, return later and try again. But because I'm so familiar with this I just make sure to remove items at a slower pace. Otherwise, I'm happy. Customer Service %100.
