buyer beware, a description whether or not the product is coming in its original box or packaging for example Wales Bonner Adidas sneakers come in really unique boxes usually with a really a dope drawstring bag I have quite a few. 2 the return policy. Store credit isn't a refund. so once you've made a purchase with them you will not get your money back unless you choose to resell the product in 90 days or they end up taking a fee on top of the fee you paid originally so you end up with 2 fees.

Received incorrect item despite the "verification process" that the customer pays for with each order. Had to go through a painful chat process to get a refund as they only offer credit. Item i was supposed to get went up 30% in price so i couldnt repurchase and no credits or anything were provided to make up the difference. i deleted the app.

I tried and tried ...I cant do it anymore ...from double charges ,to not loading up. The search filters never work. 5g and on wifi. I've cleared cookies, there are glitches....too much. I have made purchases when the moons are aligned. But there are times screen will go blank mid purchase. Then the "bidding" thing made no sense if there haven't been purchase of the shoe in 3 years. Maybe its time to sell 🤔 Yup Im done.

Dont waste your time, purchased different things multiple times... the seller always canceled the order or just wouldnt ship. Almost immediately after would see the same items listed for a higher price, seemed a bit on the side of price manipulation. Finally found multiple items for mrsp from original retail providers.

Its wild how great the app is until theres an issue. Worst customer service I've ever had. A purchase was made without my consent, and to rectify that, they banned my entire account. I then made another one but there were issues, so after 15 emails they finally fixed it. Even now, I cant log in unless I go on the website rather than using the app. Not only that, but I purchased shoes and they were missing items. Long story short, save yourself some stress/time, use the website.
