Not user friendly, it's slow, glitchy, when I pickup my order it gives me an error message every single time but thankfully the shopper still gets it on his end because they do come out but on my end I never know if it went through because it just buffers the entire time, then gives me an error message When trying to select substitutions for items in the cart, if I click on "search more options" it completely freezes and kicks me out so I can only add what options are available. I could go on.
It's another app for another place. It's functional. I was told that I could upload points retroactively so I picked it up for my previous purchase and not only does the rewards system take you off the app to their website but, the "load points" button doesn't do anything. Actually it's kinda funny if you click it enough times it vanishes. So yeah. Just another customer loyalty app to another store. Meh. Edit: Taking another star off for opting out of notifications and receiving them anyway.
The personal shopper was completely unaware of promotion savings terms. Told me, "I'm not sure what you're talking about sir. I just clock in & out." That's true & it sucks but that doesn't help me as a customer who is trying to use a savings promotion. The app does not have real time information of whether items are in stock & tries to compensate by using options "Refund if unavailable" or "Exchange if unavailable." It also doesn't list all available products which forces an in store search.
Doesn't say whether products are in store or order only. I already hate that every chain is trying to be Amazon instead of stocking their stores so we don't need to order online, especially food. I'm not driving to the store only to find out something is online only. This and their inflated prices are why we stopped doing our regular shopping at Sprouts and only buy one to three items every two weeks.
WARNING: Before uploading this APP, if you have any rewards points with Sprouts based on your phone number, SAVE your last reciept which shows your accumulated points. Otherwise, once you upload the APP, all of your previously earned rewards points will DISAPPEAR!! This happened to me and I had over 1000 points before loading up the APP. I contacted customer support and they weren't able to help me without my last reciept which I had thrown away! You'd think they'd have a record with your phone!
