Worst interface ever. Barely considered intuitive, nothing ever works right. Even hitting back (because they provide no back to previous page button) sends you straight to the home page. They don't send notifications about ending items unless you bid on it. Basically, it is useless. I never remember to check Goodwill from the browser but can't do anything from the app so guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

So far it works well, however it lacks some functionality that the web interface has, such as sort and filter functions for auctions in progress, closed auctions, open orders, and shipped orders. What is especially lacking is the ability to view auctions in progress by auction end date, so that you have the option of seeing the auctions ending soonest at the top of the list.

And I thought the old Mac.Bid app was bad, Goodwill has outdone them... 🤦🏻‍♂️ Way to many issues, between the UI all the way to search problems to list, it's seriously that bad. The fact this "non-profit" lists stuff at eBay reseller/scalper prices is crazy since everything is donated! Shipping costs are inflated and good luck getting anything sent to you in a realistic window without having to open a customer service ticket. Now I know why people have renamed them "GREEDWILL" Truly sad 🤷🏻‍

UGHHHH!!! So much worse after update! All of the same issues as everyone has already stated. Also, I am not able to attach a photo of a sculpture I purchased that came in damaged so badly I can't repair it! So all the value is totally gone. I just keep getting the same message that my permissions are not set, even though I have all turned on. FRUSTRATING!

The dev team working on this app are either paid very poorly, or are simply just brain dead. 1. Search results repeat if you scroll to quickly. 2. If you search for an item, then click on any item, then try to go back to the search results page, 9/10 times you are sent back to the app Home, forcing you to re-search. 3. No search results memory. It's in the most simple of apps, there no excuse for this to not be a feature of the app. That's just a few of the issues, i'm out of space.
