Security & Privacy Review
I enjoy that this app tracks my stuff without needing my interaction. However, I recently came upon a problem. It does NOT autoremove packages after they've been delivered. AT ALL. I have packages listed in the app from at least last year in May. The only way to remove them is one at a time. I got frustrated after 15 minutes of that and came here more or less to complain about that. Otherwise it really is a nice product
What is the point of this app? It's so bad! If you have an email address you will see your packages and updates far faster and tracking info correctly than using this wannabe tracking app. Packages are listed multiple times, there's always an issue with the tracking number; when you remove one it removes them all. You will spend lots of time trying to figure out why your packing isn't showing up - it's been in your email all along. I had high hopes expecting all my packages would be tracked.
I started getting orders for Walmart pick up I didn't place. I'm trying to report it, get questions answered but there is no option for that so this is my last resort, write a review. I can't even call the Walmart because route doesn't show what Walmart it came from. 3 orders in 3 days. I've changed passwords, deleted saved card info, disconnected from linked accounts like Amazon. I'm at a loss.
Got fed up with the Shop app, so I installed Route to track all my packages. So far so good, but I have one big suggestion; let us add a package name (for orders manually added OR for orders automatically added that need their name changed)! Not having names for packages makes it difficult to track and differentiate multiple packages that are shipped with the same carrier. Otherwise a good app!
Nice theory, but the information is unreliable. Most orders the app had any info on have had the wrong estimated delivery date and/or never show as delivered in the app even weeks after I have received the package. IF the information were correct, this might be a useful app because I can get tracking numbers from several sellers in one place. But currently I still have to use those tracking number links to look up the correct info on FedEx, UPS, etc.
