I stopped receiving points for reaching goals in a game and when I attempted to submit a ticket, they require screenshot and when you use the submit screenshot button on the bug report it kicks you out of the ticket submission and removes all your data from the ticket form. I didn't expect to get much from this, but soon after downloading the app, I began to notice issues popping up preventing me from earning points, and you can't submit a ticket for those issues. Don't waste your time.
Good: Takes receipts and online receipts if you link an account Bad: Several Clubs for syncing will disengage themselves and will not sign in despite being able to sign in on their respective websites just fine. Daily Check In is useless. Appears one day and not the next every time. Makes getting streaks impossible. I've contacted them and they told me its due to a lack of ads, which may be true, but not the reason it doesnt even appear. All in all, more of a hassle than its worth.
Fav Features: - Linking Multiple Emails: unlike another app I used to use this one won't make me log out and log into other emails to get points. I have 3 and each is linked - Location rewards!! just pull up and get a little bit of points! What is bothering me: - sync doesn't work right: tried to re-sync my Starbucks account and Amazon account but whenever I go to resync them they either buffer for over 5 minutes or they take me to the login page for them even after successful logins
okay at first, but if you cash out more than twice, they restrict your account and your deposits start just disappearing. IE - I cashed out 2 times with no issue. on the third, it suddenly takes a week to process. Now it's no longer there, but the points are gone. waste of time.
Can't download games that are offered. Ads will kick you out of the game you're on, so you'll lose any streaks that you have going. Plus it takes too long to build up points to cash out, yet there's ads for every level. Finally got to a cash out amount. Takes 10 steps it's ridiculous got to the cash out, now it's in review for up to 3 days. the ads said immediate but guess that's a lie too. played for a month for not even $6
