I gave it a 1 because I can't give it a zero. Slowest and most frustrating app I've ever used. I deleted shortly after fooling around with it for what felt like hours but was only 45 minutes. You can't move, search for what you want. It wants you to online shop, I don't want to online shop. All I was trying to do was see if they carried a few items for a large Memorial Day party. Now I'll just order from their competition.
Quite aggravating!! Most aggravating are the e~coupons! 1st is that it won't even "clip" them when you tap on it. 2nd is the selection of them. There's not many food products to choose from. It's mostly personal care & household items offered. Plus, a lot of the food ones are for lesser known items. 3rd is the writing below each item can't be read. There's words on top of words. You have to tap the item to see what it says. Super disappointing. And I bet nothing will be done to change that:(
This app is horrible. I can't get my card number registered. I even called the Hotline and tried to straighten it out, and guess what ? It still doesn't work! The last couple of times I was shopping at price chopper I had the cashier override the system and put in the coupon savings. And guess what? I'm still going to keep doing it! I'll be that annoying guy! Hopefully this isn't a precursor for the Golub/Tops merger, like Sears and Kmart.
This app would be so much better if it sent notifications for items in my favorites list that were on sale. I'd also appreciate if the first items that popped up in the "coupons" section were favorite list items, if applicable. Shoppers like me like to be precise. Self-serving stores push items we don't want. We'll support you when you cater to our needs and desires. And list like items by a standard measure so we can compare. No more dishonesty.
This new application is terrible!!! Why would Price Chopper change from what was an easy app to navigate to this. First of all you can't update your profile info then you can't get any of the e-savings items to click and save. I'm deleting my account after many attempts to get into this new system that they came up with without giving any prior notice to their loyal shoppers. I have always shopped at Price Chopper for many years. However, with this new system I will be shopping elsewhere.
