Same as everyone else. Black screens when you toggle to home screen or another app. You have to completely close out and relaunch. Sometimes doesn't work in certain stores. And for the last week, it's been entirely unusable because it won't even open and gives an error message. Like it for coupons and flyer. Would be better if you could see the coupon applied to the item in your cart/on your list like the Shaw's app.
I can't even access my rewards anymore. I'm due to collect my points but can't sign in because they're telling me to sign UP. I know I have an active rewards program because every time I make a purchase it tells me how much I've earned. When I click on my account now there's nothing but what's on my shopping"list" Aggravating and all because you wanted to make things EASIER? if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Now you broke it- SO FIX IT. Your prices are horrifically high and now we have NOTHING
Irresponsive; even after the 5/26 update the app is still clunky and never responds the same way twice. If they were counting on the app to save their business they definitely need to consider a new designer. But forget the app, the stores themselves have gotten way too pricey. A few loss leaders and the $10 off coupons may get you in the door, but they hose you afterward with all of their other markups. The coupons are so sparse and are mostly quirky items that aren't on most shopper's lists.
The app is so slow or lags. I have to keep getting out of the app and hope it works when I go back in. Nothing has changed. Constant lagging and when you toggle between apps. You have to get out of the Hannaford app and go back in. It's still a terrible app. The app is painful to use. It is always clocking. Everyone is saying the same thing. I don't think we all need to message you. It's the same issues.
Ever since the new/updated app it has been terrible. I have been a regular user since hannaford rewards started and only had issues very occasionally with the app until the "upgrade". Now it almost never opens. It is completely useless! It is just the red opening screen with the little spinning wheel spinning endlessly and never opening! Can't check coupons, can't check sales flyer, can't place an order. The app is complete junk! please fix it!!!
