I order a few items online and most of my things came on separate days. I expect anything I order in bulk should arrive together. I had put in another order that got cancelled immediately without any reason, I thought maybe they sold out of the item NOPE just cancelled. The app is very unstable and it takes DAYS for my order to be processed. They definitely need to improve their app because it's awful. Once my order I put in is received I'm uninstalling this app.
Unable to view shopping cart items to purchase. I have had the app for a while. Everything else works in the app but the shopping cart. I am unable to purchase any items in the shopping cart- it gives an error message. This is a fast and convenient way to do business, so this company needs to get on it or you are going to lose alot of business!!!!!!! The customer service lady didnt seem to know what to do and I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issues as before. Horrible app!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered and paid for seven items from the Finish Line app. The items were sent to me from different locations, which I assume were sent from different Finish Line stores. Unfortunately, I only received five of my seven items. I contacted Finish Line via email and the app but never received any communication, refund, or explanation about my missing items. There's definitely some quality control issues in their online ordering, tracking, and customer service.
For the last few weeks, the app has been horrible. App keeps kicking me out, and when I finally get to checkout, an error box pops up, not letting me pay. Thank God for the nice and respectful customer service center. But even they couldn't order 1 pair of sneakers for me, and when they called, they were told that they were having issues. Please fix.
App just continually states that there is an issue with my internet connection but if there's an issue with my internet connection I wouldn't be able to download the app or I wouldn't be able to write this review. I love Finish Line too because I shop there a lot but here lately it seems like their website and their app for placing orders online has been messing up lately. Please get this issue resolved ASAP that way I can place my orders online and just go to a store location to pick up .
