Didn't even keep it on my phone for 15 minutes. First off it didn't seem to want to let me log in at all; I would tap my login method & a "continue" button would (sometimes) pop up, but disappear before I could actually get to it. Once I did manage to log in, the favorites I'd saved on the website weren't there, and doing a search for the exact title (Genshin Impact) brought no results except some Xbox deal that was somehow "sold out"?? Other quirks I don't have space for. Completely useless.
I'm very frustrated with Eneba. I've been going in circles with no real fix that I can find. So far its been a hassle every time I've used the app. I have to install and uninstall, sign in and sign out, over and over just to make a single purchase with my Eneba wallet. The app Snackzy uses Eneba for exchanging the in app currency and buying gift cards. I spend actual hours playing the games and building up enough to use and yet it can also take hours to actually use! Really feels not worth it...
Horrible customer service. I discovered them through Snakzy and while Snakzy is a good app, eneba is mediocre at best. I have $15 in my eneba account I cannot access, because I cannot finish registering my account, because it claims that I have two accounts, which I did, but the second account was removed, the one and only time I was able to get ahold of customer support. I've contacted them several times to no avail. Very annoying, to say the least.
They have a good selection with good discounts but zero immediate customer service. They need a chat option. Their menu options need to be detailed yet simplified. Other sites like CD Keys Greenman Gaming both have better menus when you're looking for immediate customer support. Also if your Eneba Wallet doesn't have the exact amount for a purchase,you can't use the balance and automatically pay the difference with your debit or credit card .That's outdated, they need to upgrade their app‼️🤔🧐
I do not like this version of the app. I've been using Eneba for quite a while. With this version of the app, you cannot refine your searches. You can't choose which console You can't choose which regions to get your keys from And you can't search by genre anymore And to be perfectly honest if I wasn't still able to use the previous app, I wouldn't be buying from this company anymore. I would just find somebody that has a bit more user friendly store front.
