SCAM Their app is a scam. I try to get help from customer service, but the app either closes or says customer service doesn't exist. I ordered security equipment, and they took the money from my account. I have the receipt in my bank account. But the order said there was a payment error, even though my money had already been taken, and they never let me request a refund. I was able to cancel the order two weeks ago, but the money never came back. I will do everything I can to expose this app
The app itself is awful and confusing for seller communication. I accept now that when I order it's a gamble. If the order is incorrect, trying to upload pictures prooved impossible. I never received 3 items I ordered but because of a flawed app, and no accountability, that money is gone. When the "system" works, it is great. I've ordered some beautiful purses. This app is clunky and unsophisticated for shopping.
They have a fantastic website and great value no doubt. I really wish that this app allowed you to use it in landscape mode and not just portrait. In the last 6-9 months it feels like they are deliberately making their website less compatible with the PC. Perhaps it's the fact that they can collect more personal data from you. I've got multiple devices around the house and office so when I'd like to log in so I can better see and read the product details
Buyer beware. Shady app. I tried to cancel an order, but instead it changed the status to received and said I could no longer cancel the order. Incredibly shady. I asked the vendor for a credit since they never shipped my order and they said they would only do it if I delete the review I placed on the app. They kept my money and would not send me the order. I had to dispute with my credit card. I will never order from this place again!
Sometimes it's a smooth process, sometimes it's not. Do not order 2 of anything, only one will arrive then you'll have to dispute and maybe get your ordered product. 50/50 when ordering anything, the gate is like a game at an arcade, fun looking but you may loose money and may not get a prize. Order from a seller with more than 100+ sold or you really will be gambling
