Despite my card not expiring until 31/01/2026, the app says it has already expired,I must renew. The on line card has been blurred out. Only half my personal details were visible. I clicked on the box to renew. It merely takes me to choose a category section. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, it still isn't working. Some sentences are all merged together. When the BLC was 1st introduced, it worked fine. I've had discounts on line & in restaurants. EDIT:DIRECT COMS, ISSUE SORTED

I originally gave this 4 stars. However now the app has become totally useless. It never works when I'm trying to use especially in shops and I constantly have to reset my password which I can't do out and about because I'm not at my work computer so really defeats the point. They say they have improved the security but actually have just created more barriers for genuine customers. I never have the same login issues on the website. What a waste of time now. Sort out please. Infuriating!

When I first downloaded this, it appeared to work fine. Now, to login I have to do it via a browser, which seems ro cause issues where it won't let me continue. If I do manage to input the login details and it works, I enable biometrics, which shortly after are disabled and i'm back to square one. Additionally, if I can login in, I constantly get a 'hang on, it's loading' screen. And again, nothing works.

There's no denying there are some great offers via Blue Light card - if only I could access them! I haven't been able to use the app for a couple of weeks. I received an error message stating offer currently not available, regardless of which offer I selected. I updated the app, but it didn't resolve the issue. Now I'm being told 'please try again later'. I have removed, reinstalled and cleared cache. Please fix these glitches and make the app more stable so it can be used!

My blue light card stopped working suddenly. I am unable to login with either app or website. I have sent them multiple emails, they send automated replying of settings and that seems to be not working either. I'm reciveing so many promotional emails but not a solution to login. The help and support is just automated and there is no other way to contact them and find out the problem and fix it.
