A couple things make this more than a 3 star app: 1. Not featuring their "Fab 5" deals more. They should have a tab on app 2. The app opens a category way too easiily, making it hard to get to the one you want. 3. Lately, whenever I open the app, it store locator defaults to Boise, ID, even though my account is in Lompoc CA. UPDATE: And get rid of the Ask AI!

I would give this app zero stars if I could. Unbelievably glitchy. I can't use the search function; 90% of the time it makes the app freeze. The only thing you can do is close the app and try again (repeat 100x until your pick up order is complete). The worst part? Even the website does this. You can get around it by saving lists. Pros: It is nice to see the purchases I've made in store based on my rewards number.

A few years ago, I wrote an email to the Albertsons app developers. I was frustrated with how poorly the app worked. I told them they needed to contact Fry's/Kroger to learn how to make a better app. Now the Albertsons app is superior compared to Fry's. I like that I can easily zoom in and see sale items and prices. The coupons are easy to clip most of the time. Occasionally, a sale item won't be found in the deals section because it's clustered with another sale item in the app.

The deals are great and the app is very convenient when it works. It consistently crashes for me. It freezes when refreshing. Anytime you go "back" from viewing a product you have to scroll down to where you were. I was looking at a product in coupons, and when I went back, it took me to page to select weekly deals or coupons. Had to scroll to get back to my spot. The weekly ads don't always register touch, and it keeps freezing on a white page when trying to view eligible items. Shotty at best

not user friendly. doesn't clearly show isle numbers. I tried pick up with a promo I had. I noticed halfway through the order that it was at another store than the one I wanted it. I changed the store location and ENSURED IT WAS AT THE CORRECT LOCATION BEFORE SUBMITTING. It somehow reverted back to the original store. so I when I went to pick up, it never came. that's when I realized it was at the wrong store. Albertsons app suggested I use the chat to help. it was even more frustrating.
