Great potential killed by being a money grab. This game is very promising but as others have stated their pricing for some of the in game items is OUTRAGEOUS. When you're not waiting for fuel or maintenance the game is captivating but I would rather be waiting for a job to complete than to be waiting to send another train. From what I've read maintenance "costs" alone for the trains as the game progresses get ridiculous. I considered buying the starter pack but this game seems too greedy
Nice breaks throughout the day. Not really a full-time game without spending cash for resources, which I refuse to do. So, I play until resources are gone, then go about my day, and check back later in the day. That's actually is a good thing, otherwise I could play this extremely addictive and quite challenging game (simulator) all day and too much of the night. Seriously, I stopped Solitaire and Majong, which I played for an hour or so twice a day as a memory exercise.
Great game! The graphics are incredible. It's possible to complete tasks to advance through the eras without spending real money. Good customer service. I had an issue with the latest version and submitted my issue with customer service and the next day, no more issues. The only reason for 4 star is because the special events are impossible to fully complete before the time runs out. I suppose it's possible if you spend real money. With that said this does not take away from a great game.
I love upgrading my trains until they are maxed. The detail is really good and better than most tycoon games. The timeline makes sense especially with the trains. Right now im still starting and everything is good and I only have british rail cars but I hope I will upgrade in the future. There are so many trains and events in this game and different things to unlock. over all I rate this a 10 out of 10 because it is chill too and not rushed like some train games.
absolutely hate this game. first off I started the game it just showed a top of view of the area. a crane lifting crates or whatever. then nothing. the screen stayed there. so I waited. and waited. reloaded the app. waited. closed an reopened. waited. finally a train comes out of a tunnel (half rendered) and the game starts. then it says to select lumber and choose a train. so I choose the train it tells me to choose. immediately it turns gray and you cant select it. couldn't do anything
