UPDATE: THEY FIXED THE ADS, they no longer pop up at random times anymore!!! it's back to how it used to be and I can finally play again!! it's the most calming relaxing satisfying merge game. So glad to have it back to the way it was before 💛 (there's still ads but you only watch them as an option to get extra energy or other things now. they are no longer intrusive)
The pnlink event where the ball has to fall in the slots feels unfair and rigged. No matter where I drop the ball, it almost always lands on the builder reward. It doesn't feel random at all—it feels predetermined. If the outcomes are weighted, be transparent about it. Otherwise, it just makes the game frustrating instead of fun. I never get any other rewards. I'm wasting all of my slots. I'll just not play the game at all
I used to enjoy this game. For the past few days there have been connection issues. But the problem isn't at my end. I've tried emailing them. No response. I've tried sending message through Play store. No response. I've tried informing them through the Complaint process & was asked for technical info about Ethernet, etc. I'm not giving that info out to a possible scammer. I figured a bad rating might get their attention & get them to fix problem.
Editing my review. I have played this game for years. but they recently changed their in app purchase processor. I made a purchase and did not receive my upgrade. I contacted them through the app and got a response that they are aware of the issue, and then they closed the ticket with no resolution. The app is still enjoyable but I am very disappointed in their lack of response to a known issue.
I have to give them 1 star now. Loved this game have played for a few years now. They just recently stopped accepting Googleplay for payments they don't even accept coupons. But they didn't bother letting players know or even Googleplay. I found out because I redeemed playpoints for a coupon and couldn't redeem it so now I have to jump through hoops to try to get my points back. That's terrible customer service and they clearly don't care about the players.
